1Introduction & General Consent

Juya (juya.bio) is an online gaming and entertainment platform. By using this website or mobile application, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Juya reserves the right to amend, supplement, or cancel these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be given as much advance notice as possible before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2Account Registration & Management

A personal account is required to access Juya's services. You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time, and any winnings associated with such accounts will be forfeited.

One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one Juya account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, on the same device, from the same IP address, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited.

Account Security

Keep your account login credentials strictly confidential. Never share your password or OTP with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Juya support immediately.

• Password must be at least 8 characters long.
• Mobile number verification is mandatory.
• An OTP will be sent to the number provided at the time of registration.
• NID verification may be required for large withdrawals.

3Age & Eligibility Requirements

Juya's services are strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If a user is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be returned to a parent or guardian where possible.

Juya provides services exclusively to residents of Bangladesh. Accessing the platform from another country using a VPN or proxy is strictly prohibited, and any such account may be suspended.

4Deposit Terms & Conditions

Deposits on Juya can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200.

Important Terms

• It is recommended that the deposit method and withdrawal method be the same.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• If a deposit fails, the funds will be returned as per the policies of the respective bank or MFS provider.
• Juya reserves the right to investigate any suspicious deposits.
• Juya does not charge any deposit fees, though your bank or MFS provider may apply their own charges.

5Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw from Juya, your account must be fully verified. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300.

General Withdrawal Rules

• A maximum of 5 withdrawal requests can be submitted per day.
• BKash and Nagad transactions are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take 2–4 business days to process.
• Withdrawals of BDT 50,000 or more may require additional verification.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings derived from a bonus.
• If fraud is suspected, a withdrawal may be temporarily placed on hold.

6Bonus & Promotional Offers

Juya offers welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms and conditions.

Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, a specified wagering amount must be met. For example, a BDT 1,000 bonus with a 5x wagering requirement means BDT 5,000 must be wagered before those funds become withdrawable.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• Using a bonus on a restricted game may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once.
• Juya reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus terms are violated, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

7Gaming Rules

All games on Juya are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software. Every game outcome is entirely random and never predetermined.

In the Event of a Technical Error

If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, that round will be considered void and the full stake will be refunded. Juya's decision in such cases is final.

• Juya is not responsible for loss of internet connectivity.
• Logging in on multiple devices within a single game session is not permitted.
• In the event of a dispute over a game outcome, Juya's log records will be treated as the definitive evidence.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, your stake will be refunded.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Juya. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of any funds held:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system ("Bonus Abuse").
• Playing using bots or automated software.
• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial transaction.
• Attempting to hack games or system infrastructure.
• Harassing or deceiving other users.
• Accessing the platform via VPN or proxy.
• Fraudulent activities conducted using the Juya name.

9Responsible Gaming Policy

Juya believes gaming should be a source of fun, not stress. That's why responsible gaming is our top priority.

• Permanent Closure: You may permanently close your account at any time.

Content from third-party game providers is also protected under their respective intellectual property laws.

12Limitation of Liability

Juya is not liable for the following:

• Game interruptions caused by loss of internet connection.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• In the event of a delay caused by a third-party payment system failure.
• Service interruptions caused by unexpected server downtime.
• For financial losses resulting from a user's own gaming decisions.

However, Juya is committed to ensuring maximum uptime at all times and to resolving any issues promptly.

13Changes & Updates to Terms and Conditions

Juya may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via SMS or in-app notification. The date of the latest update will always be displayed at the top of this page.

If you do not agree to the terms, please discontinue use of your account and contact support to complete any pending withdrawals and close your account.

14Contact & Dispute Resolution

If you have any questions or disputes regarding these Terms or Juya's services, please contact our support team. Juya aims to respond within 48 hours.

In the event of a dispute, resolution will first be sought through direct negotiation. If negotiation fails, the matter will be settled through mediation.
